About us
Medical Billing Consultants was founded in 2015 by Lisa Hastetter, RN. After years performing medical billing and clinical management functions for her own OBGYN and pain practices, she recognized the need for physicians and clinical staff to have freedom to manage patient care while allowing billing experts to manage the financial aspects of the practice. MBC has since established a reputation for quality, integrity, and responsiveness to our client's needs.

As CEO of Medical Billing Consultants, her efforts focus on leading the company, implementing strategies to grow the business, and positioning Medical Billing Consultants as a positive and supportive leader in the transformation of healthcare management in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, but also nationally. Lisa has been married for over twenty years and has five grown children. She lives in Newburgh, Indiana with her husband, six rescue dogs, and the horses they raise.
Donnie Wilcox
Director of Billing
As the Director of Billing, Donnie manages the day-to-day operations of the billing department. She follows all client accounts receivables and reports trends in denial or rejections.
Donnie lives in Evansville, Indiana with her fiancé and has three grown children and many grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
